Good quality item arrived on time and well packaged

In my weeks of searching, this website was the holy grail that revealed the answer to my dreams: the non-insulated crimpers. I was shocked, stunned even, and I purchased without thought. Days go by and the ark of the covenant arrives at my doorstep, waiting for it’s power to be unleashed. Alas, my dreams of crimping tcm terminals with ease became a reality, and the workshop quakes every time the crimpers step into the light.

Ordered parts by express post (2 to 3 days delivery), after 2 days, they were not even processed. Unable to speak to someone so emailed to cancel (would not arrive in time). NO COMMUNICATION OR REPLY TO MY REQUESTS, CANNOT SPEAK TO A PERSON. They posted the parts 8 DAYS LATER!!!! ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL. I hope Neil Leifels the managing director reads this review he asked me to write.
